What is Identity?
ITKMITL Identity Management (Identity) is account management for ITKMITL account to assist access through ITKMITL services such as online learning website, Internet access for LAB or wireless network, or other services using ITKMITL account.
What is Security Question and Answer?
Security question and answer is one of the authentication procedures that do not share any personal information. We choose this as the password recovery authentication process. We take privacy very seriously. Storing your answer is also encrypted and Identity will not able to read your answer.
When should I use Identity?
We suggest using Identity when you received the password from orientation day or as long as you can remember the current password. You can start using Identity by go to Identity and click “Sign in”
If I forgot password?
- เGo to Identity, click “Sign in” and click “Can’t access your account?”
- Fill your ITKMITL account’s username and click “Next Step” and follow onscreen steps.
- If the system can verify your identity. The system will prompt you to set a new password.
- That’s it, you can immediately use ITKMITL account with a new password.
How does Identity MANAGE my information?
We take your information inside the ITKMITL account seriously. All sensitive information will be encrypted in a very reliable way to ensure that your information remains confidential.
If I forgot answer to security question?
You can set up new security question and and answer by going to Identity, and sign in. Then look for “Manage Your Security Question and Answer” and follow onscreen steps.
If you forgot your password and want to recover, but you can’t remember the answer. You will not be able to recover the password yourself. Please contact IT Support for assistance.
