We offer three PHP versions:

  • PHP 5.3 FastCGI
  • PHP 5.6-FPM
  • PHP 7.4-FPM

PHP 7.4-FPM is set as the default. To change or check your PHP version, follow these steps.

  • Log in to iHost and select “Domain Setup”
  • Select the domain you want to change.
  • Look for the “PHP Version Selector” tab where the PHP Version listed is currently the PHP Version.
  • Select the desired PHP Version from the dropdown in Handler.
  • Click “Save”.

TRANSFERRING DATA WITH FTP

You can transfer data to the iHost system using an FTP client. If you don’t have one, we recommend downloading FileZilla Client. After opening the program, enter the following settings:

  • Host: ihost.it.kmitl.ac.th
  • Username: iHost account username
    (ITKMITL account username*)
  • Password: iHost account password
    (ITKMITL account password*)
  • Protocol: FTP

Then, click “Connect”.

* You can log in to iHost with the ITKMITL account only if you have synchronized the iHost account with the ITKMITL account.

If You’re Unable to Change Your iHost Password

Starting from 1 September 2020, students can use the iHost system with their ITKMITL account. This applies only to student ITKMITL accounts. Other users can continue to log in with their original iHost accounts.

If you do not wish to synchronize your existing iHost account with your ITKMITL account, you can still log in using your current iHost password. If you forget your iHost password, you can regain access by synchronizing your iHost account with your ITKMITL account.

What If My iHost Account Is Suspended?

In general, an iHost account is suspended when you exceed your storage limit. You can check your available storage by following these steps.

  • Log in to iHost
  • Look at the Disk Space tab on the right, near Your Account area.

How long can my account be active?

You can use your iHost account for as long as you are a student at ITKMITL. After graduation, your account will be removed to free up resources for current students.

Other or special accounts will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
